DICOM compliance decides whether two medical imaging systems can work together at all. The standard is strict about how data is formatted and how systems talk, and that makes medical imaging software harder to write than it looks.

We build custom solutions for DICOM and PACS across C++, Go, JavaScript, Vue.js, HL7 and DICOMweb. Typical work looks like this:

• Connecting a modality or a RIS to a system that will not talk to it out of the box
• Migrating an archive from one PACS to another without losing studies
• Adding DICOM or HL7 support to software that does not have it
